Refund policy

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items will only be accepted for exchange or return if they are in perfect condition, with the original tag and packaging.

To request an exchange or return, please email us at info@emmesmadrid.com. Be sure to include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

EXCHANGES are FREE.
For RETURNS, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected your returned item. Depending on your bank, the transaction may take 3 to 5 business days to appear.

Once the return is approved, you will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the purchase, minus the original shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days from the moment we receive your return for the refund to be completed.

If your product arrives opened or damaged, eMMes Madrid will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.
Items that are returned damaged, incomplete, worn, or dirty due to customer misuse will not be refunded.
